Strong Storm Produces Wind Gusts Over 60 mph, 1 to 2 inches of Rain and Up to One Foot of Snow in Parts of OH, WV and PA...

The heaviest rainfall has now moved into New England this evening. Up to 12 inches of wet snow will fall tonight over parts of western New York and western Pennsylvania, West Virginia and northern Ohio.  Winds gusted to over 60 mph in parts of the New York City metro area with more than one inch of rain.  A peak gust of 66 mph in Orient, LI, 63 mph was reported in Stamford,  CT, 61 mph in Jackson Heights, NY and 49 mph in White Plains.
