A Spring storm in the on the way here in the New York City metropolitan area. A Coastal Flood Watch, Wind Advisory and Flood Watch are all in effect through tonight. Heavy rain, wind gusts to 50 mph and coastal and street flooding are expected. More than 2 inches of rain will fall in parts of the area as well.
