Heavy Rain and Flooding Tonight Through Thursday for the Northeast and Mid-Atlantic States...

Heavy rains tonight and Wednesday will produce flooding of streams, rivers and roadways through Thursday.  Watches and warnings are posted from western MA southward to VA.  A very slow moving upper-level low has generated a large area of heavy rain over the ocean and it will spread onto the shore tonight and Thursday.   The weekend looks sunny!
