Cold Weather Tonight...Freeze and Frost Warnings Posted for the New York City Suburbs and Upstate NY and CT

One of the last real chilly nights of Spring is coming up tonight. Frost sensitive plants should be protected or moved indoors. Late April cold air advection will produce low temperatures into the upper 20s and low 30s to the north and west of New York City tonight.  Parts of the Bronx, southern CT and notheastern NJ will see temperatures briefly reach freezing.  There is a chance of a few showers Saturday night and Sunday, otherwise the weather looks dry for most of the upcoming week.
