Nor'easter Tonight and Tomorrow in the Northeast is the First of the Fall Season...

A storm circulating southeast of Long Island will move northward very slowly tonight and Thursday. Storm Warnings are in effect along the coast of New England along with Flood Watches across most of Maine and parts of New Hampshire. The storm is producing gusty winds and rain in New York City.  The greatest effects will be felt along coastal New England.
