Remnants of Tropical Depression Bill Producing Heavy Rain this Weekend across the Ohio Valley and Mid-Atlantic States...

Flood Watches are in effect from the Ohio Valley to New York City through Sunday afternoon as the remnants of tropical depression Bill moves eastward. Rainfall totals of 1 to 3 inches with locally higher amounts are expected.  Bill moved into Texas earlier this week and then moved into Oklahoma before moving eastward.  Right now the storm is centered over northern Kentucky.  Radar still shows the circulation of the storm in its rain bands.  The weather will improve from west to east Sunday afternoon with dry weather for Monday.
