At midnight, snow flurries are falling in Midtown.  Temperatures tonight will fall into the 20s across the region.  Meanwhile, hard freeze warnings are in effect across parts of the Appalachians and the Deep South with lows tonight in the 20s to near freezing as far south as central Georgia.
