Severe Weather and Flooding in the East on Wednesday...

The storm that produced several fatal tornadoes continues to move very slowly eastward across the Ohio Valley tonight.  At least 35 people have been reported killed this past week.  Severe weather is forecast from the Mid-Atlantic to the Southeast on Wednesday.  Heavy rain with more than 4 inches expected across the Ohio Valley, Mid-Atlantic and the Northeast tonight and Wednesday.  Flash flood watches have been issued from the Gulf Coast to New England.  Cooler and drier air will move into the Plains.  Dry and pleasant weather will continued along the West Coast.
