Potential for Light to Moderate Snowfall Tuesday into Wednesday in NYC Metro Area...

A storm will produce snow, sleet, freezing rain and rain across the Southeast and Gulf Coast on Sunday.  This storm will track eastward out to sea off the Southeast coast.  A strong upper-level trough moving through the western third of the nation will generate another storm off the coast of North Carolina.  This storm is expected to track northeast along the coast and could produce a light to moderate snowfall across NYC, NJ, Long Island and southeast New England.  More on this storm later in the week.
