Rain has Changed to Snow in NYC and Northern and Western Suburbs




The city's first real potential snowstorm of the season will intensity off the New England coast tonight. The snow mixed with and changed to snow by 4:00 p.m. in Manhattan. Look for more snow tonight with up to an inch in the city and along the coast to as much as 3 inches in the northern and western suburbs. It will be icy on the roads Sunday morning as temperatures will cool to below freezing overnight. National radar continues to show a large area of precipitation in the Northeast and the Mid-Atlantic states.
