Cold and Windy Tonight in NYC Metro Area...Winds Gusting to 50+ mph











The 20.0 inches of snow that fell in Central Park was the 6th heaviest snowfall on record. Tonight a Winter Weather Advisory remains in effect and the snow is blowing and drifting with strong winds gusting to over 50 mph. Wind chills are near 10 degrees in New York City. The weather looks dry with moderating temperatures through New Years Day.
