Light Rain and Snow Tonight for the NYC Metro Area...

Tonight temperatures are going to be at or a little above freezing so most of the snow that falls will only accumulate on grassy surfaces.  Weak low pressure will move quickly to the southeast of NYC overnight.  Sunny skies for Valentines Day and colder weather for the weekend.
